Our lawyers provide consultations on the application of the current Russian legislation, including such matters as investing in tangible assets, intended for statutory activity maintenance and covering statutory activity expenses, investing the pension reserves and accruals.
We also offer legal support of interactions between PPF and the administration companies, which conduct the pension assets management: legal examination of contracts with the administration companies, legal control of their operations, administration contract termination counseling, etc.
